Refunds


We offer a 14-day refund on any item bought please ensure the item is returned within a 14-day period of the date of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in perfect condition with labels retained for a refund. If happen you are outside of these dates please call and we will see what we can do.

For all Sale items bought we can exchange or offer a voucher which is valid for 12 months

We can not give a refund on any sale item bought. 


Faulty item


Whilst we aim to provide the highest quality for all our customers from time to time, they maybe be certain issues, so we will offer a replacement or full refund if at any point you are dissatisfied with any of our products. We request they are returned to Crowberry Wood LTD, Longlands Hall, Ryton, Malton, North Yorkshire, Yo17 6RZ. Please list your reasons for the return and our team will be in touch.

Postal issues


Like the Weather in Yorkshire, we cannot control everything, that being said we will always go the extra mile to try to correct any issues. When requesting your purchase is posted please make sure you provide as many details as possible, i.e., Name, Address, a phone number for delivery drivers and instructions of a safe place to leave a parcel if you’re not going to be in. It has been known for us to jump in the car before!
