All our orders at Crowberry Wood are packaged in tissue and placed in a postal box. On the outside of the box is a postal label only. We will use Royal Mail to deliver your order.

Ordering online is a difficult business and we can't get it right all the time at Crowberry Wood we understand this so we offer a no quibble refund on items bought within 14 days of purchase, you then can choose whether you would like to try a different size, have a refund or credit a voucher with us which then you have 12 months to spend in any of our retail stores or online. All returns must be emailed to returns@crowberrywood.com within the 14 days. All items must include tags and be in an unworn or unopened state.

All our vouchers are similar to a credit card so they store perfectly in your purse or wallet, and once validated they are valid for 12 months.
